About Our Surgery

Westlands Medical Centre is situated in Westlands Grove, next to Portchester Community Centre. (What3Words location is cascade.interests.coping)

We’re easily accessible by public transport and there is also plentiful free parking. The nearest bus stops are either end of Westlands Grove – X4 & X5 Solent Rangers services on the A27, and Solent First route number 3 on White Hart Lane. Bus stops & timetables are here.

The surgery is in a recently extended, purpose-built building with a pharmacy on-site. We look after a population of around 10,500 in and around Portchester, with a mix of ages, backgrounds and needs – a diversity we recognise and embrace.

We have disabled parking and access, hearing loop and translation services. We are certified dementia and learning disability friendly.
